So this is my 4th week doing the Pamela Reif's 10 minute bigginer #abworkout. Honestly Pamela Reif is trying to kill me lol , it's been crazy lol.
The workouts this week were really good. I switched to working out in the evening vs during the day and I must say I like it better. I find myself sleeping better and the workout got a lot easier for me!
Honestly I feel a difference when I do Pamela Reif's 10-min exercise daily but I also see a change in how my body looks, subtle changes but I notice them. I can't wait to see what day 30 will look like!
