INGREDIENTS:
125 g fish fillet
1 tb sp butter
4 tb sp heavy cream
Half cup mushroom
Salt and pepper to taste
Parsley to garnish
PROCEDURE:
Marinate fish with salt and pepper and grill in 1 tb sp butter. When done take it out. In the same pan add remaining butter and add mushrooms, sauté with salt and pepper. Now pour cream with same amount of water. When bubbles close the stove and pour over the fish. Garnish with parsley.
