Things You'll Need:
For Crust:
▪️Lotus Biscoff Biscuits بسکوف بسکٹ
▪️Butter مکھن
For Cheesecake Filling:
▪️Double Cream کریم ڈبل
▪️Creamcheese کریم چیز
▪️Sugar چینی
▪️Lotus Biscoff Spread بسکوف سپریڈ (smooth/crunchy)
▪️Vanilla Essence ونیلا
▪️Halal Unflavoured Gelatin جیلٹین (I've used Alamgeer gelatin)
Notes:
▪️You can use simple biscoff spread as well as crunchy one, choice is yours.
▪️Sweetness of cheesecake depends on your liking.
▪️You can also add less butter in crust, I like buttery crust.
▪️If you want strong flavour of biscoff then add more spread in cheesecake mixture.
▪️You can freezer the cheesecake for 2-3 hours to accelerate the setting process.
▪️You can also freeze it upto 1-3 months. Thaw it on kitchen counter before eating.
▪️When you add gelatin mixture in anything, mix it evenly and thoroughly to avoid lumps.
