OnePlus 7 Pro Tweaks: Force 90Hz In All Apps

The OnePlus 7 Pro is one of the few devices with a 90Hz AMOLED display. Even though there is a toggle in the settings, it doesn’t enable 90Hz everywhere. In the camera, YouTube, many non-Chrome browsers, and other apps, it runs at 60Hz. This is for the sake of battery.
