@pj_mist3 years ago this is how it feels like when reading a light novel, youre being loaded with plot and texts without the fight scenes. i love this kind of shows coz theyre feeding us enough information and build up of whats gonna happen next. so kudos for the slime production team for not just focusing on big fights and then just left a lot of things unexplained. ... 63

@memyoldie3 years ago Yes, Slime has a LOT of long meetings. They never go away. But there is a lot of development, important decisions, and economic repercussions that happen in these meetings. They are literally world changing meetings that end up affecting every single person in the world. And behind it all is one little slime. I loved diving into the world and seeing it take shape right before my eyes. It’s what drew me to Slime and what I continue to enjoy about it. Besides seeing Rimiru becoming op. I think there will be at least one more ‘talking ‘ episode before we get into all the action.
Edited to add: I loved seeing what was behind the decision of Blumond’s king to side with this ‘monster’ country despite being humans and to go out of their way to support them so much. They are such a small country with little combat power right next to the dangerous Jura Forest. They knew they were just a small fish to the other countries and were not a top priority for the Church if they ever needed help. Whereas with Tempest they would be the first human country to form an alliance with them and Tempest would have to do everything in their power to help them to prove to the world that they really do want to get along with humans as they say. ... 37

@calebstephan20832 years ago At this point in the story rimuru doesn't know he diablo is a primordial demon. He keeps thinking diablo is just one high ranking arch demon but he finds out diablo is a primordial in volume 11 of the novel. The anime currently on covered 6 volumes. ...
