I am on a journey of health after being diagnosed withdisease, pre-diabetes, and high cholesterol. after 9 months of small changes (tip 9 keep it simple) my a1c, fasting glucose, and cholesterol levels are now normal. In addition, many of mysymptoms like achy joints, dry skin, and fatigue have been alleviated. I am even down 28 pounds. It is amazing what small changes can accomplish! Because sure, some other people on social media/ the internet can teach you exactly what to eat and provide a full meal plan, but if you dont know how to eat (your connection with yourself and food over the weight loss journey lifestyle) then youre setting yourself up for failure.
