As mentioned in last week’s “What’s Next in Black Ops Cold War Zombies” blog, there’s a lot coming for Zombies fans over the span of the next season and beyond. The ‘80s Action Heroes event brings the new Cranked 2: No Time to Crank mode to both “Firebase Z” and “Die Maschine” this week, with some new action movie-themed twists to the Cranked formula. It was awesome to see such a great community reaction to Cranked in Zombies and they’re excited to bring an even bigger and better version to our round-based maps. Treyarch have increased the power of most weapons through higher critical damage multipliers (generally from 2.8X up to 4.5X) to make killing zombies feel even satisfying by rewarding players for skillful shooting. Some weapons have also received additional adjustments to their Pack-a-Punched versions with respect to magazine size, stock ammo, and damage.
