Ingredients : ( for serving of 4 )
- 1 lit whole milk
- 10-12 dry fig or anjir or 5 to 6 fresh figs
- 1 to 1.5 bowl sugar
- 1/2 bowl chopped dry fruits
( Pistachio, cashew and almond)
- 2 tsp cardamom powder
Method :
- Reduce milk to half on low flame by non stop stirring in non stick utensil
- soak dry ankit for 4 to 5 hours and then grind in mixer to fine paste
- now in a nonstick pan keep reduced milk to boil , stir continuously
- add sugar and stir until it dissolves
- now add ground anjir paste and mix well
- add half dry fruits and cardamom powder
- put off the gas, allow it to cool
- keep it in fridge and serve chilled
- garnish with remaining dry fruits
