Easy abs routine for beginners. You can do this workout anywhere you want at anytime, no equipment needed. Training in the rain! :) 10 minute abs workout for beginners. 3 rounds: 10 reps - Sit ups. 10 reps - Heel touch crunches. 10 reps - Lying leg raises. 10 sec - Plank. 10 sec - Left side plank. 10 sec - Right side plank. If the workout is to easy. Add more reps or rounds. You can also combine the workout with another workout on my channel! Have fun!
