@ratking79644 years ago i had a crush on a girl for the longest time who had a boyfriend. i was friends with both of them until he sexually assaulted me on valentine’s day. i immediately told her and she acted concerned and caring for a while but a year later blocked me out of the blue after i had a bit of a cry to a mutual friend about how i was still upset about what he did to me (because trauma isn’t something you just turn off). i confronted her to have a proper conversation about why she blocked me and she basically just said “my boyfriend is such a nice guy and i hate seeing you be so mean to him! just move on and stop holding a grudge, both of us are over it!” so yeah.... that obliterated any nice feelings towards her ... 301

@butteredsalmonella4 years ago She was a shy girl in early seventh grade, easily cries and a complete introvert, in halfway through the seventh grade she coped up with her shy phase and became a social girl, but she started bullying everyone, including me, insanely.
Come in eight grade, we became friends, but I no longer liked her, just friends, she did say she was sorry, she was still slightly a bully, but wasn't a total asshole bully anymore (plus at this point I already liked someone who also liked me), after me and that other girl broke up, we became even more friends, chatting all the time about memes, anime and video games and sometimes still teases me, but that's basically it. Hadn't had an interest in her really since seventh grade and hadn't had an interest in someone since I broke up with that other girl.
She's one of the few people I chat during the Shut-In Quarantine and it was fun. ... 109

After the class ended, sometimes we would walk to our next classes together and talk. She seemed cool, but overtime she avoided me more, she even started walking with a different person from that class to her next class for the rest of the year. The Yearbook class had about 10 students around then and I was the only male in the class, and because we were working on the whole yearbook, we had access to everyone's photos that were taken on photo day. One time during class, I was just chilling, probably editing a page on our yearbook, and I look over to another table to see maybe 4 or 5 girls looking at this one laptop. It looked like the library of photos taken from photo day, and I realized that they were laughing and looking back at me sometimes. It was really obvious that they were looking at other peoples photos, and also mine. I personally thought that my photo was bad cuz I looked half asleep in it, and they probably noticed I looked that way and made fun of me, I didn't get too mad because I was use to being treated like no one liked me or wanted me around. My crush was also in that group of girls, that was basically the final straw, it just showed me she was a disrespectful person and I would never want to like someone who does stuff like that. ... 5

I had a crush on a one of my friends ex’s for years, but I didn’t act on it for three-four because said friend still had feelings for them and was trying to get back together.
Both of our attractions to her were killed about a year ago, when two of my other friends came out, one as trans and one as pan, and that they were dating. From that day she started bad talking them to the rest of us behind their backs, spouting nearly every homophobic and transphobic insult out there and making up many of her own.

I bought the tickets 3 months in advanced and we had planned to go together to see it. I was super excited and we talked about plans we could do to fill the rest of the night and possibly hang out that weekend.
Well 1 week before the concert and she books a trip to Mexico with her friend overtop the concert date. She knew fully well the day of the concert, she knew I paid extra for front row seats, and she knew we were still planning on going. Despite this she still decided a trip to Mexico with one of her friends sounded more exciting than a concert with me.
Ended up taking one of my close friends in place of her and had a much better time than I think I'd have had if she came along. Glad I dodged that bullet. After that event took place I started noticing all the red flags I had previously tried to ignore and I'm glad we never got together. ... 65
