This recipe will make a unmissable chicken roast dinner. Using a dutch oven or a cocotte as its known in France, this recipe makes a very moist chicken with crispy skin and lovely roasted potatoes.
Ingredients:
- Whole chicken x1
- Onion x1 - quartered
- Lemon x1 - quartered/halved
- Garlic Bulb x1 - halved
- Olive oil
- Potatoes x500g/1kg depending on how much you want. Skin on.
- Herbs x2 sprig of Rosemary, Sage and Thyme
