Lateral & front shoulders
Biceps curl
Biceps hammer curl
Push-ups variation
Dumbbell bench press
Upward dumbbell fly
Dumbbell russian twist
Dumbbell crunch
Dumbbell fly
Close grip bench press
Forearms
Close grip push-ups
Dumbbell burpees
Repeat 3 times ;)
Beware the last round : burpees 50 sec !
