فرقة الفنون الشعبية الفلسطينية PIF2017

مهرجان فلسطين الدولي للرقص والموسيقى شكل مهرجان فلسطين الدولي وسيلة ثقافية فنية إبداعية للاتصال بالعالم، أسهمت فيكسر الحصار الذي فرضه الاحتلال على الشعب الفلسطيني منذ عقود، مشكلاً قيمة ثقافية وفنية لدى الجمهور الفلسطيني. فقد بادر مركز الفن الشعبي في العام 1993 إلى تنظيم هذا المهرجان ليكون أول مهرجان دولي في فلسطين. واستطاع المهرجان على مر السنين، أن يساهم في تشجيع والهام الإنتاج الإبداعي للفنانين و المبدعين الفلسطينيين، خاصة الفرق الفنية المحلية . استضاف المهرجان، العشرات من فرق الرقص والموسيقى العالمية، من دول مختلفة كإسبانيا، إيطاليا، اليونان، تشيلي، مصر، الأردن، فرنسا، المغرب، تونس، الجزائر، العراق، بريطانيا، وتركيا، منها على سبيل المثال لا الحصر، المطرب إلهام المدفعي، والفنان لطفي بشناق، والفنان صابر الرباعي، والفنان رشيد طه، والمطربة أحلام، ومغني الراي الشاب فضيل وفرقة نار الأناضول، وفرقة "بافوتشي"، وفرقة" كيلابايون"، وفرقة "ستومب"، ، وفرقة جل جلاله المغربية. كما استضاف العشرات من فرق الرقص، والموسيقى والغناء المحلية، مسهماً بانتشارها وتطورها. جذب المهرجان سنوياً حضور وتفاعل آلاف المواطنين، الذين قدموا من مختلف القرى والمدن في الضفة الغربية وفي داخل الخط الخضر. ولتعميق التواصل بين تلك المدن والقرى المقطعة الأوصال، وبعد توقف المهرجان مدة خمس سنوات، عمدت إدارة المهرجان ومنذ العام 2005 إلى توزيع فعاليات المهرجان على العديد من المحافظات لتشمل رام الله، والقدس، وبيت لحم، وجنين، والخليل، وطولكرم، وقلقيليا، وسلفيت، ونابلس، وذلك لكسر الحصار المفروض عليها من قبل الاحتلال، وللتغلب على ظروف التنقل الصعبة، بسبب إقامة جدار الفصل العنصري، و نشر الحواجز العسكرية. Palestine International Festival for Dance and Music Palestine International Festival for Music and Dance (PIF) is a creative cultural and arts project which communicates with the outside world and contributes towards breaking the cultural siege which has been imposed on Palestine and Palestinian people for decades. The Festival at its core has a cultural and artistic quality and provides the Palestinian public with entertainment they crave for. The PIF was founded in 1993 to organize the first international festival and the largest annual arts and culture events in Palestine, contributing to the revival and restructuring of the artistic and cultural scene in Palestine. The festival has hosted international music and dance groups from countries, such as Spain, Italy, Greece, Chile, Egypt, France, Morocco, Tunisia, Algiria, Iraq, the UK and Turkey, including Anatolian Nar Group (Fire of Anatolia), Stomp, Pavoci Group, Celapion Group, Jal Jallaluh Group, singers Lutfi Bushnaq, Saber Riba’i, Ahlam, Rasheed Taha, Shab Fadeel and singer Ilham Almadfa’i. Not forgetting the many local music and dance groups which were also provided with opportunities to be showcased as well. The festival has attracted large numbers from various villages and cities in the West Bank and also from within the Green Line, thus strengthening interaction and ties between the Palestinians from different regions. From the year 2000 till 2005 the Popular Art Centre was not able to organize the Festival due to the strenuous political and economic situation.
